Vivid Black Leopard, 15.2 1/2 hands. We are truly excited about our newest addition to Sawyer Creek. Abby comes by her impeccable credentials honestly. Her sire, Live The Dream, is a 16.2 hand loud bay blanketed World Champion son of Dreamfinder. He is on the ApHC top five "Leading Sires of Halter Class Winners" list as well as the top five of the "Leading Sires of Point Earning Halter Horses." He has sired offspring earning over 1883 national points in halter as well as performance, with 41 ROM's, 3 Halter Superiors and 5 Bronze Medallions. Abby's vivid black leopard dam, Poco-A-Ke, was an incredibly versatile mare that amassed 152.5 points in an amazing 26 different events! But, it's one thing to have a great show mare, it's even more impressive when they reproduce greatness! Poco-A-Ke had 12 registered foals that earned 183.5 halter points, 27 performance points, 1 Superior at Halter and 9 World and National Championships and Reserve World and National Championships. Wow! Now...lest you think our Abby is all FLASH and no substance, consider her full sibling and solid colored chestnut older sister, Anonymous Dreams. Anonymous Dreams is a 2X National Champion and a 2X Reserve National Champion halter mare with a Superior at Halter title. She has earned 150.5 total national points in halter and performance. Not to be left out, her other point earning siblings including Cupids Dream and Stand A Grand with 13.5 halter points and 27 performance points. Abby is a prime example that a truly great horse can come in ANY color...but I think you will agree that her rare and unique black leopard coat pattern adds a finishing touch. To date, she has been a 100% color producer. Can her Sawyer Creek foals be destined for anything but greatness? We hope you'll stick around the next few years to see for yourself. Abby foaled a black or blue roan filly with a blanket by Maids Midnite Delite on 2/3/2010 and is confirmed in foal to Phenomenal for 2011.

Chestnut-leopard. 16 hands. Foundation Pedigree Designation. Tall, muscle bound and colorful this mare carries the outstanding lines of James Bond, Goer, Princes MacDonald, Top Moon and Mighty Bright and is all Appaloosa for three generations! Her name fits her well, a true leopard with small ruby-red spots through out her body make her look like she was sprinkled with red glitter! Picked as John's "pet show project" she easily earned FIVE ROM's! - Open Halter Mares, Non-Pro Halter Mares, Most Colorful, FPD Mares and Youth Halter. She has been consistently on the Leading the Nation list in multiple classes and in 2006 earned 2 Year-End Finalist Awards (Broodmares and FPD Mares) She is now retired to our broodmare band to reproduce herself. We couldn't be more pleased! She has been a 100% color producer to date with every foal as big and as beautiful as she is. Ruby is not only a farm favorite with us as well as visitors, but she also produces among our best foals. What more could we ask of this outstanding mare? A photograph of Ruby has been featured in the ApHC official calendar and the coffee table book Native Treasure. Ruby produced a filly by Mr. Yella Fella (AQHA) on 1/6/2010 foal. Wow! She's big and beautiful! We liked this cross so much we did it again. Ruby is confirmed in foal to Mr. Yella Fella for 2011.

Rose is a striking and exotic red roan mare that stands 15.3 hands and embodies the best of the old and the new in the Appaloosa breed. She has the conformation and balance so desirable in today's show ring (she's a World Champion) and a lineage that gave her a Foundation Pedigree Designation. This elegant mare is truly our kind of vision and she produces the kind of foals that will be yours as well. We think, other than her unusual color, she is the spitting image of her sire, ''Vision Maker,'' who has earned 175 national halter points, is a World Champion and a multiple World Champion and National Champion producing sire. Many Appaloosa enthusiasts consider Vision Maker an icon in the Appaloosa breed. Some of his more notable World Champion get are Twenty- Twenty Vision (5 time World & National Champion), Colored by Vision (644.5 pts!), Party Vision (141.5 pts), Vision Go Grand (88 pts), Visions Party Doll and CR Vision of Love. Rose's dam, ''Winsomeforme'', is a multiple World and National Champion produce producing daughter of ''The Conductor.'' Rose's maternal half-sister, ''An Awesome Doll'', is a 2x World Show halter winner and a 4x National Show halter winner with 130 national points. With genetics like this, how could Rose be anything BUT spectacular and World Champion material? But, winning the ApHC World Show in 2004 was only just the beginning of her fabulous show career. In addition, she has earned three R.O.M.'s - Open Halter, Non-Pro Halter, Youth Halter. She was a 2004 ''Year-End High Point Finalist'' AND a 2004 ''International Year-End High Point Finalist.'' She has additional points in FPD halter. After all of this, Rose garnished two top ten placings at the 2005 Nationals and was then retired to our broodmare band. Rose has the credibility and the quality to produce winners. Due to extensive showing, her breeding career began late but she has not disappointed us.. Her first is a colt just beginning his show career and is racking up national points in both the ApHC and ApHCC and is a ApHCC Reserve National Halter Champion. Now he is in performance training. Her second outstanding filly, is by a son of Maids Dream and just attended her first show garnishing national point honors. Her 2009 foal, a snow cap filly by Phenomenal, will be beginning her show career. All three foals are regular papered, consistently tall, balanced and well built with strong show careers ahead of them. Rose foaled a red roan filly with a frosty blanket by Phenomenal on 2/3/2010 and is confirmed in foal to Clear Vision for 2011. SOLD!
